Eligibility
- M. Sc. /M. Sc. Tech/M. Tech. Remote Sensing & GIS / Geo-informatics / Spatial Information Technology in Ist Division. OR M.Sc. in Agriculture Sciences: (Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture Physics) in Ist Division.
- Minimum 08 years of working experience in RS-based Yield modeling (SPM/ML). Digital Image processing of multidate satellite data. Experience in crop yield modeling using geospatial indices and weather indices.

General Instructions
- The desirous candidates having requisite qualifications, experience and fulfilling other eligibility conditions may appear in the walk-in interview at MPCST. Bring the duly filled application form mentioned below in this document along with necessary documents.
- Candidates desiring to appear in the more than one position should bring separate duly filled application along with passport size photograph and the necessary documents at the time of walk-in interview for verification of requisite qualifications and eligibility criteria.
- Mere satisfying eligibility criteria do not entitle candidate to be appear in the interview. MPCST reserves the right to allow only suitable candidates after verifying the documents with reference to candidate’s qualifications, experience, suitability, etc.
- The candidates working in any organization must bring no objection certificate at the time of walk-in interview from the present employer, if any.
- The attested true copies of certificates/degree of qualifications/ experience/ proof of date of birth/ caste/ domicile/ testimonials along with marks certificates of all examinations, a recent colour passport size photograph should be submitted at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the interview.
- No further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
- Director General, MPCST has all rights to select or reject any candidate according to the Council’s requirement.
- The remuneration/ fellowship will be offered initially for a period of six months. Duration may be extended for further depending on the performance after review of work and continuity of the project.
- The candidate’s appearing in the interview must follow the prevailing Covid 19 guide lines.
