Online Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for various posts on contractual basis under different projects. Detail in this regard may be downloaded from HARSAC website (www.harsac.org). The application form duly complete in all respects along with the selfattested photo copies of testimonials / certificates may be uploaded on the URL ofhttps://register.cocubes.com/harsac-2024. The portal will be opened w.e.f. 01.08.2024 and closed on 16.08.2024. The online examination will be held on 24.08.2024 and 25.08.2024. The appointment in the projects will be purely on contractual basis and coterminus with the project or earlier. It will not confer any right on the incumbent to any claim, implicit or explicit, on any post.

Terms and conditions
1 Candidate will ensure eligibility and other requirements before filling the application form.
2. Incomplete application forms shall not be entertained. Attach all the required self-attested
documents with the application form.
3. Number of posts may be increased or decreased during the process of recruitment subject to
the needs in the project and funds availability.
4. Tenure of the contractual appointment is mentioned in Table 2. However, tenure may be
increased or decreased depending on performance/requirement.
5. In any discrepancy, decision of the Director, HARSAC will be final and abide by the
applicants.
6. List of eligible candidates to be called for skill test/interaction as well as guidelines, syllabus
and schedule will be uploaded on HARSAC website (www.harsac.org).
7. Candidates are advised to visit HARSAC website regularly for dates of skill test/interaction
after appearing in written test to be conducted by the AON.
8. Canvassing in any form by the candidates will be disqualified.
9. Director, HARSAC can cancel this whole recruitment process or for any post/posts without
assigning any reason at any time.
10. The appointment letters of the selected candidates’ posts mentioned at Sr. No. 6.1 to 6.4 for
Drone Imaging & Information Services of Haryana Ltd., Karnal will be issued by CEO,
Drone Imaging & Information Services of Haryana Ltd., Karnal separately.
11. The vacancy is subject to the realization of funds from the funding agency in project
mentioned at sr. no. 10 i.e. “Satellite-based monitoring of crop residue burning
events and burnt area estimation for Kharif-2024 & Rabi-2025 in Haryana”
