Qualification

Essential Qualification: M.E/M.Tech. with GATE or equivalent degree in relevant fields

Desirable Qualification/ Skills: Experience in satellite data classification, hydrological modeling and hydro-dynamic modeling, soil erosion modeling, crop modeling, and field data collection from advanced equipment’s in the natural environment, e.g., hydrometerological data and cropping system data. Programming skills such as MATLAB.R, and Python.

Terms and conditions

Duration: 5 years or the project completion duration, wherever it is earlier.
Before appearing for the interview, candidates shall ensure they are eligible for the position they intend to apply for.
Candidates desiring to appear for the Interview should submit their applications with the following documents to the office of the Principle Investigator through email, by post, or produce at the Interview:
- Application in plain paper with a detailed CV including chronological discipline of degree/ certificates obtained.
- Experience includes research, industrial field, and others.
- Attested copies of degree/ certificate and experience certificate.
Candidates shall bring the original degree(s) certificate(S) and experience certificate(s) at the time of interview for verification.
Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience.
No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
