Qualification

a. Minimum Essential Educational Qualification & Experience
I. Ph. D in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo-informatics/Geology/ Forestry/Geophysics/Earth &
Atmospheric Sciences/Agriculture/Water Engineering and Management/Civil
Engineering/Environmental Science or equivalent from a recognized university or having 3
years of research, teaching and design and development experience after M.Sc/ME/M.Tech
with first class in above mentioned discipline.
II. One research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
b. Desirable Qualification
I. Proficiency in image processing & GIS software and DGPS Survey.
II. Experience in Data Collection through drone surveys and DGPS and processing of data.
c. Age up to 35 Years as on the last date of receipt of the application, Age relaxation of 5 years for
SC/ST candidates and 3 Years for OBC Candidates.
For post code 2
a. Minimum Essential Educational Qualification
B.E./B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution/University with first class.
Minimum three (3) years of working experience in the field of Digital Survey (DGPS/ETS).
b. Desirable Qualification
Working experience in the field of Remote Sensing & GIS.
c. Age up to 35 years as of the last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation of 5 years for
SC/ST candidates and 3 Years for OBC Candidates.

M.Sc. or M. Tech in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo-informatics/ Agriculture/ Forestry/ Water
Engineering and Management/Environmental Science or equivalent with first class from

Working experience in image processing and GIS software
