• Enclose self-attested photocopies of relevant certificates / proofs wherever necessary.
• The envelope containing the application should be superscripted with “Regional Plan/Recruitment/2024”.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
• Candidate attending the interview will do so at their own expenses.
• The positions are purely temporary and the duration is for one year.
• Write the Name of the post applied for, on top of the envelope.
• Duly filled in application along with self-attested photocopies of relevant certificates should be sent to the address “The Head, Department of Planning, School of Architecture and Planning Campus, Anna University, Chennai- 600 025”. Last date for the receipt of the application is 04.03.2024 @ 5.30 pm.
• Full address, name of the District and pincode should be clearly mentioned in the envelope.
• The decision of the Selection Committee is final
